Here is our new ccTLD Names report
for the week dated 9th – 15th April, 2017. SOS.it a
three letter ccTLD name sold for $22,363 at sedo marketplace, another ccTLD name
sold in four figure was knees.co.uk for $5,116 .
Sos.it is sitting comfortably
in number 84 position on Dn Journal’s 2017 Year to Date Top 100 Sales Chat for
all extensions and knees.co.uk is expected to be in number 81 on DnJournal
Country Code Year to date Top Sales Chart when published.
Sedo’s
marketplace is the best market of the week with good sales record, especially
on high figure sales. There were only 64 ccTLD names sold in
the week including 7 .de, 20.io, names; Sedo sold 17 names and they were all in
four figure range except the sale of vwi.at that was in low three figure.
Park.io sold 17 ccTLD names, and
only two of the names were four figure while others are three figures, Godaddy
sold 6 names and two were in four figure among the sales, Namejet sold only 6 ccTLD names and all were
in low three figure but with except one in upper three figure . Dropcatch sold
only 6 ccTLD names and all were in three figure but among the names three were
high there figure.
The
sales in the week were very poor, in the range of five figures and in all, 62
names were sold.
It
was a surprised development to see a hyphenated
domain lead the ccTLD’s market sales in the week.
Porn.ky was my choice of hacked
domains-which I liked, though was sold for a cheap price, I 'm supposed the buyer
could be a domainer.
