December 11th - 17th 2016 ccTLDs Market Sales Report

There are 78 ccTLDs domain Sales recorded during the week. As usual we brought you the data around the internet global village from various markets, as you can see on the table below, ranging from Sedo, Godaddy, park.io, flippa, namejet.com and DropCatch.

Most expensive sale in the week was f.gg sold for $13,339; a one letter domain, followed by Q.me; also a one letter domain sold for $7, 500.

What we deduced from this week sales data is that ccTLD niche is not any push away, even though there are many new extensions in the market. There are lots of surprises happening in the market and the trend is aggressively going green. The investors who are interested on ccTLD market should look for one word and very short letters; if possible, get one letter couple with good extensions; no one could get .com in that niche as a new reg anymore, but such as buying in the .de, .uk, and .at also .io is not bad for investment, .cc for Chinese market is also a good idea. One can even make quick sales if the domain is a combination of one letter combo.

What Type of Domain Name Can Be Invested Upon By Newbie's Domain Investors

This is a little note for newbie's domain investors. The material was written as results of many questions asked on social site about domain name business.

If you are new in domain biz, please do not go into other extensions, just stick to .com domains for now and keep learning. You can get them from either drops or expired and you can as well buy them as new reg. Brandables are hot in the market now, if you have the insight for brandables. With lots of experience, you can buy .net .org, .info etc. But have it in mind that those domains may not sell on time as you may want.

However, if you are into other extensions, it is sure that if they  are well chosen, they will sell. Well chosen in terms of rarity and with other good factors; such as good keyword/s, CPC, popularity etc. Selling these types of domain name has a peculiar strategy for selling them.

If you are investing on Chinese domains; you can venture on .cn and .cc or go for hacking types of domain niche. Domain hacking examples are: ita.ly, world.ly, selli.ng marketi.ng, wi.ng, bi.ng, domainki.ng etc and they also have their peculiar sales strategy as well. So that is why you should stick to .com if you are new in the biz.

If you have any domain/s banned by adsense, the worst is that you cannot use such for adsense and can be useful for other markets for money making.
