Chinese Premium Domains – A Coincidental Attempt to Further Boost the .Com’s Reigns.

All things are working for good - is a biblical phrase. This same particular phrase is recently proving to be truth in domain name industry. My curiosities as to the way things are happening in the domain industry, these days, are impressive and very interesting and worth writing about.

The ongoing release of hundreds of new domain extensions by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is purposely acted, in order to reduce the high concentrations of demands on the generic top level domain extensions; especially, on the .com, and to provide more rooms for people to access the internet via another alternative extensions.

But to my surprise in the recent time, we can clearly see the emergence of the Chinese premium domains as a very strong boost on .com extension.

I am saying these, for real, because about 90% of Chinese premium domains are found with this king of extensions, and it does not give any room for any other extensions to dominate in the ongoing trend, nor any of the new extensions could come closer to it.

Once again in 2015, this is the repetition of what has happened at the inception of internet, in the early 70s when .com began its reign, until today. And that is why I mentioned in one of my past articles that we are in a - New Done of Domain Industry. Though, there are other generics and country codes like .net, .cc and .top which are likely to share little out of the success of the Chinese premium names, but unlike the huge attentions and focus people are given to .com.

The Chinese domain name investors themselves are not even seems to cherish their own country code .cn or .com.cn; but of course, I can understand and reason with them, for fear of loss of money as that would be amounted to careless business attitude.

However, at this juncture, I wish to resfrain for anyone to contribute
